The idea of ‘Integrated by Design’ is that human designed water, waste and energy systems should all be integrated to create a a better and more efficient systems.

Veolia wanted to launch their new integrated services and with that repositioning themselves as industry expertise, a local leader of the sustainability cities movement, rather than just a supplier of commodity services. Instead of focussing just on the new service, we decided to focus on the industry. We took real industry problems and Veolia’s unique and tailored solutions.

As part of Veolia’s ‘Integrated by Design’ campaign, we created a touchscreen game for customers to understand the new integrated service.
